Ingredients: 100% Dehydrated Soursop Pulp (Annona muricata)
The soursop fruit, also called graviola, is the fruit of a flowering, evergreen tree native to South and Central America. It contains a prickly looking green fruit with juicey, white aromatic flesh.
It’s flavour has been described as a combination of strawberry and pineapple with sour citrus flavour notes contrasting with an underlying creamy flavour reminiscent of coconut or banana.
Soursop is a good source of folic acid, niacin, thiamin, vitamin C, calcium, magnesium, potassium, and dietary fibre. Our soursop is dehydrated at low temperatures and milled into a powder.
Suggestions for use: Add to smoothies, drinks, desserts, yogurt and other superfood creations!
